75% Sweet Corn, 20% Rye, 5% Vienna Malted Barley

The sweet corn holds the smoke and flavor much more boldly than field corn. We use a rye that is not bitter so you can taste the complexity of the spice without the spice against a bitter wall. We’re often asked if out Bourbon is made with wheat because of the lack of bitterness from the rye. The Vienna malted barley holds the blend with a bold perfection neat or on the rox.
